An exciting opportunity for a full time Legal Secretary to join a successful Law firm in the Brierley Hill area. This is a great opportunity to join an expanding and well respected law firm based in Brierley Hill.

Responsibilities include:

  • Providing full administrative and organisational support to the firms fee earners, ensuring the everyday operations run smoothly.
  • Typing and amending letters, attendance notes, agreements and other documents
  • Preparing and drafting documents
  • Dealing with all residential conveyancing, commercial property, private client, family employment, dispute resolution, and corporate law related tasks.
  • Managing multiple busy electronic diaries, building relationships with multiple stakeholders to coordinate internal and external meetings.
  • Wide responsive and professional support service to fee earners and clients.
  • Dealing with other ad hoc duties when required

The successful candidate will have the following skills:
  • Experienced and organised
  • An accomplished administrator
  • Strong IT skills
  • A keen eye for details
  • The candidate should be able to handle a varied workload
  • Excellent attention to detail and have experience using Microsoft office applications, including Word, Outlook, Excel and PowerPoint

Salary - £20,000 - £23,000
