We are delighted to be recruiting a Sales Administrator - Part Time - to work for a hugely successful company based in Cradley Heath.
This is a part-time position, working within our busy Sales Department. Your main duties will involve processing Customer orders (all Brands), helping customers with their enquiries regarding stock, delivery times, shortages etc. issuing quotations and general office administration. You will be responsible for ensuring that consistently high levels of customer service are maintained at all times.
" Processing UK & Export Customer orders and assisting with other Business Units as required
" Updating customers on progress of orders
" Resolving queries
" Producing and following up quotations
" Progressing orders and liaising with our logistics team on deliveries and stock position.
" Raising credit notes, Debit notes and Non-Charges
" Advising customers on Technical Questions
" Sending literature and brochures to customers
" Scanning /Archiving Paperwork
" Processing customer returns
" Understanding and quoting freight costs.
The successful candidate will have the following skills and experience :
" A minimum of 3 years previous experience in busy industrial / engineering / construction / technical sales office
" Good level of education to include a good grade in Maths and English.
" Must be computer literate and have a practical working knowledge of Word and Excel.
" A strong communicator with good verbal and written skills.
" Excellent Telephone manner
" Good Time Keeping
" Able to prioritise workload
" Ability to cover annual leave / sickness when required
" Willingness to learn new skill
In return the company will provide a competitive remuneration package, part time hours Monday to Wednesday, 8am to 5.30pm. If you do have the right skills but you can't work these hours please do still get in touch as there may be some flexibility.
