An exciting opportunity has arisen for a full time Sales Administrator to join an industry leading business based in Halesowen, Birmingham.
They have a wealth of experience in providing managed services to businesses across the UK.
The purpose of the role is to provide administrative support to a well-established sales team.
Main duties will be:
" Working with a busy and fast paced sales team where you will be responsible for building strong relationships with some of the largest blue chip key accounts.
" You will interact with customers on a daily basis, providing and processing information in response to enquiries, quotations and orders in a timely manner.
" Answering and dealing with incoming calls and email queries/orders
" Providing quotes
" Interaction with suppliers for quotations.
" Processing orders and all new sales enquiries
" Data inputting
The candidate must have:-
" Excel knowledge
" Sage 200 knowledge
" Prior knowledge of SOP processes
" Be a team player
" Strong IT skills
" Highly driven and resilient personality
" Excellent communication and organisational skills
" Good telephone and Customer Service Skills
The hours of work are Monday to Thursday 8.30am - 5.30pm and Friday 8.30am - 5pm
