We are very excited to be recruiting a Commercial Sales Manager to manage and mentor a team of sales administrators, a Sales Manager and a Telemarketer.
Reporting to the B2B Director, duties will include (but not be limited to):
Selling B2B products to independent & multiple retailers/large corporations
Establish and develop new key and independent accounts
Develop existing customer accounts maximising revenue
Carry out regular customer performance reviews against agreed plan targets
Monitor markets and competitors
Keep abreast of latest products, industry developments and technology
Develop extensive knowledge of our products
Contract customer management
Ensure the sales administrators are trainined and have knowledge of all B2B existing and new products
Ensure KPI's are acheived or exceeeded reporting perfromance to the B2B Director monthly
Coach, lead & mentor the sales team
Provide support with retail accounts when required
Work with the B2B Director to make strategic & market plans
Send marketing and sales materials to prospective customers
Oversee quarterly newsletters
Assist with product selection for new annual trade and pro catalogues
Oversee price changes alongside the B2B Director
The successful candidate will have the following skills:
Strong IT skills, able to create presentations, use databases, comfortable with CRM and has advanced excel skills.
Strong leadership skills, able to lead and mentor the team
Good entrepreneurial skills be a distinct advantage!
Enjoy selling to both new and existing business
Highly organised and can multi task
