Do you have experience in Accounts and are looking for a part-time Bookkeeper position close to home working on average 15 hours per week? They are continuing to grow with contracts all over the UK, their workforce in the office is made up of a number of longstanding employees.
This would be an ideal job for someone who has experience in Accounts and is looking for a reduced hours where there is a relaxed office environment and flexible working hours.

Responsibilities of the part-time Bookkeeper:

• Checking and entering purchase invoices (100-150 invoices per month).
• Producing sales invoices and submitting to customers.
• Entering sales receipts.
• Checking PO numbers against invoices.
• Reconciling supplier accounts and processing supplier payments.
• Reconciling customer accounts and issuing statements/reminders etc.
• Compiling end-of-month financial reports.
• Checking and filing CIS returns.
• Reconciling bank statements.

Requirements of the part-time Bookkeeper:

• General accounts processing experience is essential.
• QuickBooks experience is beneficial, although training in their systems will be provided. Sage experience would also be beneficial but not essential. 
• Attention to detail is key.
• Good organisational skills are essential.
• Ability to work towards deadlines and prioritise workload.
• Able to work independently and as a team-player.
