Mon–Thurs 7:30am–4:15pm | Fri 7:30am–12:00pm (early finish)
We’re looking for an experienced CNC Programmer to join a growing precision engineering team. You’ll create, test, and optimise CNC programs for milling and turning operations, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and top-quality results.

We’re looking for an experienced CNC Programmer to join a growing precision engineering team. You’ll create, test, and optimise CNC programs for milling and turning operations, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and top-quality results.
Key Responsibilities:
- Program and optimise CNC machines using Fusion 360, Mastercam, or SolidCAM.
- Set up and fine-tune CNC milling and turning centres.
- Work with machinists and engineers to improve tooling and setups.
- Maintain quality and safety documentation.
About You:
- Experienced CNC Programmer with a precision engineering background.
- Skilled in Fanuc, Siemens or Heidenhain controls.
- Able to read technical drawings and GD&T.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
