Key Responsibilities
- Ensure all parts meet required quality standards and tolerances
- Read and interpret engineering/technical drawings
- Set up and operate CNC lathes to produce high-quality precision components
- Carry out routine machine checks and basic maintenance
- Work collaboratively with the production team to improve efficiency and workflow
- Maintain a safe and organised working environment
Requirements
- Proven experience as a CNC Setter/Operator
- Experience with Siemens, XYZ, or Fanuc controls (preferred)
- Strong understanding of CNC machinery, tooling, and setups
- Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings
- High attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills
- Reliable, proactive, and a strong team player
