💰 Salary: £16.00 – £19.00 per hour + Overtime (DOE)

🕒 Hours:

 

• 
  Monday to Thursday: 7:00am – 4:00pm

• 
  Friday: 7:00am – 12:00pm
  
  📄 Employment Type: Full-Time, Permanent

 
 The Opportunity 
We are working in partnership with a well-established and highly respected company within the castings industry, who are looking to recruit an experienced CNC Miller / Lathe Programmer to join their team in Wednesbury.

 Key Responsibilities 

• 
  Programme, set, and operate CNC milling and/or turning machines

• 
  Work with FANUC or HURCO controls

• 
  Produce high-quality steel and duplex castings

• 
  Read and interpret engineering drawings

• 
  Carry out in-process and final quality checks

• 
  Ensure work is completed to high standards and within required tolerances

 
 Candidate Requirements 

• 
  Minimum 3 years’ experience in a similar CNC programming role

• 
  Fully conversant with online programming and setting (FANUC or HURCO)

• 
  Experience working with castings (desirable)

• 
  Strong understanding of engineering drawings

• 
  High attention to detail and quality

 
 Salary & Benefits
