About the Role


We are recruiting for a motivated and reliable Forklift Driver to join a busy production team in Oldbury. This is an excellent permanent opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment and is looking to build a long-term career.

We are looking for someone who is proactive, switched on and keen to learn. Previous experience operating cutting machinery would be advantageous, but full training will be provided for the right candidate.

Key Responsibilities

•                 Operate a Counterbalance Forklift safely and efficiently.
•                 Load and unload deliveries.
•                 Supply raw materials to production areas.
•                 Move finished goods throughout the warehouse and production facility.
•                 Operate cutting machinery following full training.
•                 Carry out quality checks to ensure products meet company standards.
•                 Maintain a clean, organised and safe working environment.
•                 Support the wider production team as required.
•                 Follow all Health & Safety procedures at all times.

What We're Looking For

•                 Valid Counterbalance Forklift Licence (essential).
•                 Previous experience within a manufacturing or production environment.
•                 Experience operating cutting machinery is desirable but not essential.
•                 Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
•                 Good attention to detail and strong work ethic.
•                 Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
•                 Reliable, punctual and committed to producing high-quality work.

Working Hours:
Monday to Thursday 8.30am to 5.15 pm 

Fridays 8.30 to 4.15 pm
