We are currently recruiting for an experienced Property Contracts Administrator to join our client based near Studley. This is a full time position offering a competitive salary and fantastic benefits on a permanent basis.
We are looking for candidates with previous property experience and have exposure to producing various reports and liaising with solicitors in order to ensure completion/exchange of property in agreed time frame.
Main Duties of the Property Administrator include:
Liaise with purchaser/solicitor to meet tight exchange/completion deadlines
Organising hand-over packs for purchasers.
Ensure all databases are updated and maintained accurately
Efficiently dealing with all telephone/email communications
Extensive liaison with clients, attending meetings as required
Collating management information to produce reports in order to meet deadlines
To be considered for the role of Property Administrator, you will have:
Experience working within property industry with knowledge of post-sale paperwork
Good working knowledge of Word, PowerPoint and Excel is a must
Excellent communication skills
Confident speaking on the phone
The ability to work well under pressure
Experience in: Property Administrator, Property Analyst, Property Coordinator would be a benefit
