Financial Consultancy recruiting for a PA to one of their Directors.  My client provides tailor made financial advice for those that work in the medical sector.

Day to Day duties will consist of:
Supporting the Director
Acting as a first point of contact
Dealing with correspondence and phone calls
Managing diaries and organising meetings and appointments
Booking and arranging travel, transport and accommodation
Typing, compiling and preparing reports, presentations and correspondence
Report writing
Liaising with staff and clients

Monday - Friday 37.5 hours per week
Free Parking
