Social Medial Administrator

£15-17k depending on experience.

Familiar with Facebook, Twitter and Instagram?
Admin experience, confident speaking to customers and able to use your initiative?
Happy working in a small team and pitching in wherever's needed?

This is a great opportunity to join a new business with a stable backing currently looking to expand.
Main duties will include working closely with the office manager by acting as the main point of contact for incoming customer calls, processing orders, handling queries, maintaining a CRM system and producing related correspondence.

Further duties will include maintaining company website and social media presence to drive interest and business opportunities.

Ideal applicants will have previous office experience, confident keyboard skills and strong attention to detail. You must also have an active interest in social media with clear written and verbal communication skills.

Hours - Monday to Friday 9m - 5pm.
