Temporary assignment, c6 months.

Can you work in a small and lively team tasked with providing phone-based and administrative support to a leading construction company?
Do you have a working knowledge of MS Office?
This is a great opportunity to work for a leading construction consultancy providing a friendly and professional first-point-of-contact for customers. Main duties will include:
Answering incoming calls and email queries
Organising the workload of surveyors across the country
Producing quotes and highlighting the benefits of company services
Collation of data for surveys
Maintaining an internal system with call and customer records
General administrative and customer service support as required.
The role will require a confident telephone manner, the ability to learn quickly and a sense of team sprit.
Hours – Monay to Friday, 9am – 5pm
