Customer Service Advisor (Dispatch/Planning Operator)
£11.42 per hour
Temporary – 6 months with a possible extension
Full time – 37 hours per week

Do you have experience within Customer Service or Scheduling?
An exciting opportunity has become available for an enthusiastic Customer Service Advisor who has experience in telephony based work.
Helping to identify opportunities for planning and dispatching processes whilst maintaining and operating the systems to enable effective delivery of great customer service
Analysing response times of engineers to get to emergency situations
Provide support and coverage across all planning and dispatch team activities when required to do so
Planning how many engineers you would need in the field at any one time to cover all customer appointments
Strong customer service skills
Organisational skills and attention to detail
Ability to maintain focus, work to deadlines and prioritise work
Be able to deal with escalations and in a prompt and professional manner
Willing to learn new skills and new systems
31 days annual leave
Salary to be increased after 6 months of employment (subject to performance)
