Mechanical Design Engineer
£34,304 – £40,927 DOE

This role provides a fantastic and challenging opportunity for a professional that specialises in
mechanical design and compliance work. The right candidate will work within a dynamic development team to support with the development of the site.
 
Main duties:

• to be responsible for the efficient and effective design and installation of all mechanical services in new and existing buildings
• Preparation of schedules of mechanical work following site inspections
• Produce electrical drawing using the latest version of AutoCad
• Supervise all mechanical contracts, arranging letters of appointment, certificates of payment, pre contract and progress meetings and budget management
• Management of snagging, including works defect trackers and mechanical O&M
• Undertake all mechanical surveys and audits

HND Mechanical Engineering qualification is essential as well as experience with using AutoCad
 
The successful candidate will be highly motivated with a keen eye for detail and good interpersonal skills. They will be responsible for assisting with procurement and efficient management of the supporting services.
 
Full time hours: Monday to Friday 35 per week
£34,304 – £40,927 DOE
