Reach FLT Driver

We are currently recruiting experienced Reach Truck Drivers for an immediate start at a modern, well-organised warehouse in Bradford.
This is an excellent temp-to-perm opportunity offering full-time hours, competitive pay, and long-term career stability within a supportive and inclusive working environment.

💰 Pay Rates:

• Day Shift: £13.06 per hour
• Night Shift: £15.32 per hour

Overtime Available:

• Days: £14.97 (P1) | £18.01 (P2)
• Nights: £17.23 (P1) | £20.27 (P2)

🔥 Peak Attendance Bonus – Earn up to £600!
To reward commitment during busy periods, we’re offering a fantastic attendance bonus:

• 💷 £50 bonus for every full 4-shift block worked
• 📆 Paid across 12 shift cycles
• 💰 Earn up to £600 in total

📌 Employees on alternative shift patterns will be paid pro rata
Holiday:
You won’t qualify for the bonus during any full week of holiday, but you can still earn for all other qualifying weeks.
Example: Work 11 qualifying weeks + 1 week holiday = £550 bonus
Attendance Criteria:
To remain eligible, you must maintain good attendance:

• No repeated issues with absence, sickness, TOFD, unauthorised absence, or lateness
• Two separate occasions of the above may result in losing eligibility
• Missing a full 4-shift block due to absence/unauthorised absence = removal from the scheme
• Accepting overtime and not attending will count as an absence

🕒 Shift Patterns:

• 4 ON / 4 OFF Rotation
  • Days: 6:00am – 6:00pm
  • Nights: 6:00pm – 6:00am

OR

• Monday to Thursday
  • Days: 6:00am – 4:30pm
  • Nights: 6:00pm – 4:30am

🚜 Your Role:

• Safely operate a Reach Truck within a structured warehouse environment
• Move, load, and store pallets efficiently
• Pick stock using RF scanners
• Work as part of a team to meet daily targets
• Support general warehouse duties
• Follow all health & safety procedures

🏭 Warehouse Environment:

• Modern, clean, high-bay facility
• Highly organised and safety-focused
• Pallets stored up to 6 levels high
• Advanced robotic shuttle system
• Handling packaged beverage products

✅ Requirements:

• Valid Reach Truck FLT licence (RTITB or ITSSAR preferred)
• Previous warehouse experience (desirable but not essential)
• Strong attention to safety and detail

📝 Assessment:

• Short on-site Reach Truck assessment (approx. 30 minutes)
