Key Responsibilities
- Handling inbound and outbound customer calls
- Taking detailed information regarding potential claims
- Assessing claim viability against established criteria
- Accurately updating case management systems
- Supporting customers throughout the initial claims process
- Liaising with internal teams to ensure smooth claim progression
- Providing a professional, empathetic and customer-focused service at all times
- Supporting legal teams with administrative tasks where required
- Minimum of 5 GCSEs, including Maths and English
- Previous experience handling customer calls is essential
- Experience within a fast-paced customer service environment is advantageous
- Excellent communication and listening skills
- Strong attention to detail and organisational abilities
- Ability to build rapport and demonstrate empathy with customers
- Positive attitude with a willingness to learn and develop
