They are recruiting for first line support who are responsible for logging, investigating and closing calls from customers in a professional courteous manner. The ideal candidate would have worked in the hospitality industry with experience using Microsoft Office software products and reservation software PMS, EPOS/ Room Management Systems.

Candidates must be confident communicators, deliver excellent customer service, be able to maintain performance whilst working under pressure and take pride in their work with a high level of attention to detail.
The customer support working hours are arranged on a shift basis.

The successful candidate will be working 8 hour shifts, 5 days out of 7 between the hours of 5am - 11pm. The company is based near the centre of Shrewsbury and has parking facilities for all staff. Rotas' are pre arranged 4 weeks in hand and you will not be required to work every weekend.
