My Staffordshire based client is currently recruiting for an Accounts Assistant/Finance Administrator for a 9 month fixed term contract.
Salary £18k - £20k depending on experience
As the Finance Administrator your role is to support the existing finance team through a very busy period.
Duties will include:-
Setting up new clients and suppliers
Posting payments and remittances
Reconciling supplier statements and following up on queries
Chasing up outstanding debt
Skills and experience:-
AAT qualified preferred but not essential
Maths and English GCSE C or above
Excellent IT skills especially Excel
Experience of accounts software - sage line 50 or similar
