An exciting opportunity has arisen to join The Education Network, a market leading education recruitment consultancy. We are looking to recruit a Graduate Trainee Recruitment Consultant to work with schools and teachers across Cheshire, Warrington and the surrounding areas.
Being a market leader we ensure we provide a consultative service for clients and candidates, delivering the highest levels of customer service. We focus on understanding the needs of schools, so you will need to work with clients and candidates to find the perfect fit between both parties.
We are looking for an exceptional graduate to join a very established, supportive and knowledgeable team. Initially your responsibilities will be focussed on candidate generation, recruitment and retention in addition to administration duties to ensure full child safety compliance for which you will be given full training. You will then be given further training to become a Recruitment Consultant with full responsibility for supplying staff to schools.
We are looking for a person who is looking to develop a career in recruitment sales. You will need to be achievement orientated, organised, good with people and willing to work hard to achieve success.
