Our client based in Cardiff is looking for an experienced Administrator for an immediate start 6 month temporary assignment.
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing 2 contracts and duties will include:-
- Validating and signing timesheets
- Carrying out Tacho versus Timesheet checks
- Updating spreadsheets
- Analysing data and producing reports
- Filing and saving delivery documents
- Updating training files
A good working knowledge of Word & Excel is essential, together with good written and verbal communication skills and the ability to work unsupervised ensuring targets are achieved.
Previous experience working within a Transport Office would be an advantage.
You will be required to work 40 hours per week, which are flexible as follows:-
Monday to Friday:-
8am - 4pm
9am - 5pm
10am - 6pm
