Technical Support Coordinator
Location: Hybrid Working in Wales
Pay Rate: £17.54 per hour
Assignment: Temporary Assignment – 11 Months
Hours: Full Time, 37 Hours Per Week, Monday to Friday
About the Role
We are currently recruiting for a Technical Support Coordinator to join a well established public sector organisation supporting projects and commercial activities across Wales.
The successful candidate will provide technical and administrative support across a range of property, land, and commercial workstreams.
The role offers hybrid working and would particularly suit candidates with experience or knowledge of GIS mapping systems, estate management or property related work.

Key Responsibilities
- Maintaining and updating databases and internal systems.
- Supporting GIS mapping and property related administration.
- Coordinating meetings, preparing agendas, and arranging diaries.
- Taking accurate meeting notes and producing minutes.
- Assisting with contract coordination and monitoring project progress.
- Tracking ongoing workstreams and highlighting any issues or delays.
- Communicating with internal departments, external stakeholders, and members of the public.
- Providing general administrative support to the wider team.
About You
We are looking for someone who is highly organised, detail focused, and confident managing multiple priorities within a fast paced environment.
You will ideally have:
- Experience using or understanding GIS mapping systems or previous exposure to estate management or property related work.
- Previous experience within a technical, legal, property, or administrative support role.
- Strong organisational and time management skills.
- Experience arranging meetings and taking minutes.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Good IT skills, including experience using databases and Microsoft Office.
- The ability to work independently as well as part of a wider team.
