Supply Point Administrator

Location: Newport – Hybrid working available once fully trained
Pay: £13.58 per hour
Hours of work: Monday to Friday, 8:30am to 4:30pm
Assignment length: Temporary ongoing assignment

Immediate start available

We are currently recruiting for a Supply Point Administrator to join a busy and supportive team based in Newport.

The successful candidate will support the Supply Point Administration team, assisting with the creation, validation and maintenance of supply point records, while also handling requests and queries from customers and industry partners.

The role will provide support to the Theft of Gas investigation process.


Key Responsibilities
  • Creating and maintaining Meter Point Reference Number records
    • Processing administration requests accurately and efficiently
    • Handling customer and industry queries professionally
    • Supporting internal investigation and compliance processes
    • Ensuring all work is completed with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail
    • Working closely with internal departments to maintain service standards

Skills & Experience
  • Previous administration experience preferred
    • Experience or knowledge of the gas industry would be advantageous but is not essential
    • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
    • Positive attitude with willingness to learn and develop
    • Ability to manage workload effectively in a fast paced environment
    • Strong communication and organisational skills
