We are currently recruiting an experienced FLT Counterbalance Driver (Nights) to join our busy logistics depot within a well-established tin manufacturing company. This is an excellent opportunity to secure a permanent night shift role with a consistent 4 on / 4 off pattern.

 
 The Role 
Working within a fast-paced logistics and dispatch environment, you will be responsible for:

 

•  Operating a B1 Counterbalance FLT safely and efficiently
  
  

•  Loading and unloading vehicles
  
  

•  Moving finished goods and raw materials across site
  
  

•  Supporting warehouse and dispatch operations
  
  

•  Completing daily vehicle checks
  
  

•  Maintaining strict health & safety standards
  
  

 
 Shift Pattern 

•  4 on / 4 off – Nights
  
  

•  6:00pm – 6:00am
  
  

•  Rotating shift pattern
  
  

 
 Essential Requirements 

•  Valid B1 Counterbalance FLT licence
  
  

•  Willingness to undertake training on B3 Counterbalance (training provided)
  
  

•  Previous experience in a logistics or manufacturing environment
  
  

•  Strong attention to safety and safe working practices
  
  

 
Desirable 

•  Reach Truck licence/experience (advantageous but not essential)
  
  

 
 Recruitment & Training Timeline 

•  Interviews & assessments: Week commencing 16 March 2026
  
  

•  Mandatory training & induction: Starting 23 March 2026
  
   
  
  
  •  Monday to Friday
    
    
  
  
  •  6:00am – 2:00pm
    
    
  
  
  •  2 weeks duration
    
    
  
  
  

 
Please note: Completion of the 2-week induction period is mandatory.

All FLT Drivers will receive additional training on the B3 Counterbalance.
