Administrator An exciting opportunity has arisen to join Pertemps' newly developed training centre based in Coleshill. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting the office function and to be the first point of contact for visitors and guests for a number of businesses. This role is office based within a training and Learning and Development function and you will be working as part of team in this varied role. Tasks will include; welcoming and dealing with visitors face and providing ongoing support in line with the day to day needs of the business. The successful candidate will also be given the opportunity to undertake a nationally recognised apprenticeship standard. Knowledge and Qualifications Firm understanding & experience of Learning, Development & Training principles (including the Learning Cycle, learning styles and inclusion) GCSE or Level 2 in Maths, English and ICT Attributes • Excellent Stakeholder Management Skills • Strong written and verbal communication – tailoring to the audience • Enthusiastic – can do approach • Ability to demonstrate initiative and forward/contingency planning • Strong attention to detail Duties • Supporting Programme Development Manager with Curriculum activities including; Researching and summarising literature • Supporting Programme Development Manager with creating resources (laminating, cutting etc) • Researching current affairs for session "energisers and walk-ins" • Updating training attendance records • Chasing and tracking of delegates • Collating session feedback • Management of the course printing and distribution of materials This is an exciting position with various opportunities to progress within the business.
