Job Description
- Monday-Friday shift coverage from 08.00-19.30 hrs split by two shifts alternating based on 9.5 hour day including 30 minute lunch break.
- Creating load list for outbound trailers destination Ireland
- Coordinate trailer departures and arrivals
- Dealing with Customs compliance procedures for export
- Confirming all paperwork is in order for shipping
- Sending pre alerts
- Confirming sailing details – Booking trailers
- Customer interface with requests & service issues
