Pertemps Northampton are seeking a new Consultant to join their award-winning team based at Brackmills, Northampton.

The main duties of the role will include, but not limited to:

Generate new business and form successful client relationships
Develop, nurture and maintain positive relationships with applicants
Interview applicants and CV writing when required
Advertise roles on various job boards & social media
To be considered the following will be required:

Excellent communication skills.
Proficiency in using Microsoft Office; Word,
An ability to work to targets and deadlines
A positive 'Can Do' attitude with a desire to succeed
Hours of work:

Monday to Friday - 8.30am-5.30pm Monday to Friday (Although some flexibility will be required on occasions)
