The company are looking to recruit an outgoing and dynamic Sales Account Manager, who is fully fluent in German and English. This is an excellent opportunity to join an organisation that provides innovative business support solutions to organisations across the globe.
The salary for this role is £18,000 rising to £19,500 following probation plus excellent commission structure OTE £30,000pa (uncapped) and a range of benefits.
What does the role of Sales Account Manager entail?
You'll proactively support the achievement of team and departmental revenue objectives, consistently performing against KPI's and Departmental standards. You will also take responsibility for maintaining your own product and procedural knowledge and utilise this to maximise on all cross-sale opportunities.
What do I need to be successful in my application?
Our successful Sales Account Manager will be fully fluent in both German and English. They will have a strong sales-orientated work history, preferably Business to Business. They will demonstrate the proven ability to reach KPIs and targets within a direct sales environment. Strong organisational, problem-solving and negotiation skills are essential.
