Working within a small team as an Account Manager (Pharmaceutical), you'll be responsible for looking after a dedicated number of business clients ensuring they receive exceptional service whilst increasing B2B sales to achieve both individual and team targets.
You'll promote the company's extensive product range via both inbound and outbound daily calls with existing customers. You will be given autonomy to negotiate with your clients as well as develop your own marketing materials and offers in order to develop an effective sales strategy.
Previous experience in the pharmaceutical or healthcare sectors is preferred but not essential. Candidates should have previous experience in an account management, sales or customer service role with a flexible approach.
Working with a range of both in-house systems as well as MS Office packages (particularly Excel), you'll be skilled in analysing sales reports as well as capable of managing administrative duties in a fast-paced, time critical role.
A strong communicator, you also be able to develop effective relationships with a wide range of business clients as well as a liaising with in-house teams.
Basic salary is c£20,000pa plus excellent uncapped bonus structure (OTE c£25,000pa+) plus benefits and the opportunity to work in a focused, team environment.
Hours are 9.30am to 6pm Monday to Friday.
