Are you passionate about keeping spaces clean, safe, and welcoming? Northumbrian Water are looking for a dedicated Housekeeper to join their team at Kielder, supporting their commercial activities, accommodation, visitor attractions, and beautiful recreational spaces.

You’ll play a key part in delivering day-to-day housekeeping services across:

• Visitor accommodation, restaurants, and retail outlets
• Public toilets, changing rooms, and communal areas
• Other facilities around Kielder 

What You’ll Do

• Carry out scheduled and reactive housekeeping task
• Support departmental objectives and team work programmes
• Monitor and report through regular inspection programmes
• Maintain high standards of health & safety for yourself, colleagues, and the public
• Operate equipment and systems effectively to support service delivery
• Uphold the company’s “House style” for cleaning and asset maintenance
• Provide excellent customer service and take pride in representing Northumbrian Water
• Be flexible and willing to take on reasonable additional tasks to support wider business objectives

What We’re Looking For

• A driving licence is essential
