An exciting opportunity to join a Leading Derby based Client on a permanent basis.
The successful candidate will take charge of the full Administration Function for the business.
Duties will include-
- Making payments to suppliers and chasing outstanding payments to us
- Dealing with all incoming calls
- Dealing with initial stock enquiries
- Preparation of quotations and documents
- Preparing orders on SAP
- General order processing plus shipping requests
- Good general administration skills, Finance experience, working knowledge of SAP, Sales experience
- Excellent listening, negotiation and presentation skills
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills
- Ideally degree educated.
