An exciting opportunity to join a Leading Derby based Client on a permanent basis.
The successful candidate will support the office manager to take charge of the full Administration Function for the business.
Duties will include-
Making payments to suppliers and chasing outstanding payments to us
Dealing with all incoming calls
Dealing with initial stock enquiries
Preparation of quotations and documents
Preparing orders on SAP
General order processing plus shipping requests
Good general administration skills, Finance experience, working knowledge of SAP, Sales experience
Excellent listening, negotiation and presentation skills
Excellent verbal and written communications skills
