Our established client is seeking an experienced Contracts Administrator.
This exciting role is Temporary for 6-8 months working 20 hours per week (over 5 days)
The administrator will be working in a fast paced environment supporting the Contracts department.
Duties include -
- Take off quantities from layout drawings to produce vehicle loading details and hauliers delivery tickets using the access system
- Preparation of the Fixing Information sheets
- Maintenance of the Filing System
The successful candidate must be Accurate, be IT literate with a strong working knowledge of MS packages, you must have a professional and confident telephone manner and a strong team player.
Due to the location transport is required.
