An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Admin/Customer Services clerk to join a prestigious company based in the DE74 area. This position will be home based once training has been carried out at the site.
Due to location transport is an advantage.
Duties will include:
Allocating workload to customers
Work with Team Leader and General Manager to ensure all Company Policies and procedures are adhered to.
Working to strict time lines in line with customer demand
Complete any other identified tasks as instructed by Team Leader.
The successful candidate should have the following-
Disciplined and self-motivated with a hands on approach.
Good Communication Skills.
Computer Literate (Understanding of Excel)
Knowledge of Freight Industry an advantage.
Working hours are Monday to Friday 0900 - 1715.
£9.74 per hour
