Hours: Monday - Friday 09.00 – 17.30


The Role:

An immediate opportunity has arisen for an experienced administrator to join a well-established team focussing on:
• Managing a strict administrative process through liaison with customers and internal approval teams
• Utilisation of in house electronic data system to facilitate process completion of and to record all associated information
• Responding to customers enquiries electronically or by phone

Key Skills:
• Previous experience as an administrator
• Proven, demonstrable skills in the areas of organisation technology and communications
• Excellent customer service skills with the ability to present and articulate verbally and written information to customers
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal & written
• Presentation skills
