Are you an organised administrator with strong attention to detail and experience supporting compliance or planned maintenance? We are working with a well-established Leicester business looking for a Compliance Administrator to join its team.

This varied Compliance Administrator role gives you ownership of important schedules, records and contractor coordination, helping the business meet its legal and regulatory responsibilities.

As Compliance Administrator, you will coordinate planned maintenance, inspections and servicing across fire safety, water hygiene, asbestos management, gas and electrical compliance. You will keep records accurate, monitor deadlines and work with contractors and service providers to make sure required work is completed on time.

You do not need an engineering background to apply. If you are methodical, confident managing competing priorities and comfortable following up actions, this could be a strong next step in your career.

What you’ll do as Compliance Administrator:
• Coordinate planned maintenance, inspections, servicing and remedial work
• Monitor compliance schedules and follow up actions to keep work on track
• Maintain accurate compliance documents, certificates and maintenance records
• Support compliance across fire safety, water hygiene, asbestos, gas and electrical services
• Liaise with contractors, engineers, service providers and internal teams
• Help the business meet relevant legal and regulatory requirements

What we’re looking for in a Compliance Administrator:
• Experience in compliance administration, planned maintenance or a similar role
• Experience coordinating contractors, inspections or maintenance services
• Strong organisational and administrative skills
• Excellent attention to detail and accurate record-keeping
• Clear communication skills and confidence liaising with different contacts
• A practical, proactive approach to solving problems and managing deadlines
• Experience in engineering, facilities or a technical environment would be useful, but is not essential

If you have experience in compliance administration, planned maintenance or contractor coordination, we would be pleased to hear from you. Apply today to find out more about this Compliance Administrator opportunity.
