Pertemps are recruiting for an Administrator to work with a Public Sector organisation based the
West End of Edinburgh on a temporary basis for 5 months initially. This role will involve administering project records and providing general administrative support to the organisation.

Role: Administrator
Pay: £11 per hour
Hours: Mon-Fri full time
Location: Edinburgh West End
Assignment: 5 months immediate start

Responsibilities
- Enter information about projects into spreadsheets and produce reports from spreadsheets, all following detailed desk instructions. The entered information is sourced from internal colleagues by email.
- Following desk instructions and based on prompts provided in the spreadsheet database, email reminders to colleagues to provide updated information on progress with projects.
- Receive and log grant submissions and process the submissions for review and authorisation, all according to standard desk instructions.
- Provide other general administrative support as required.

Experience Required
- Able to use Microsoft Word, SharePoint, Teams and PowerPoint for general office administration.
- Able to work with Microsoft Excel spreadsheets to both enter data and produce reports.
- Attention to detail and accuracy; working in a collaborative way; good communicator.
