Working Pattern: 36.25 hours per week, fully office-based

We are currently recruiting for an Administrator to join our client's team in Lasswade on an 8-week contract. This is an excellent opportunity for a highly organised individual with strong administrative skills and exceptional attention to detail to support an important system implementation project.

Key Responsibilities:
- Accurately transfer and update employee information between the existing HR system and a newly implemented scheduling system.
- Ensure all data is entered correctly and maintained in line with company standards and procedures.
- Identify and resolve data discrepancies, escalating issues where necessary.
- Provide administrative support to the HR team across a range of day-to-day activities.
- Assist with document management, record keeping, and maintaining employee data.
- Support project-related administration to ensure the successful implementation of the new scheduling system.
- Perform general office administration duties, including updating spreadsheets, preparing documents, and managing correspondence.
- Previous experience in an administrative or data entry role.
- Strong attention to detail with a high level of accuracy when handling data.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Word and Excel.
- Excellent organisational skills and the ability to manage workloads effectively.
- Strong communication skills and a professional approach to work.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality when handling employee information.
- Experience working within an HR or project support environment would be advantageous but is not essential.
