Production Operative
Location: Uphall
Salary: £24,874 per annum
Hours: 37.5 hours per week | 08:00–16:00
Contract: Permanent

We are recruiting on behalf of our client for a Production Operative to join their busy food manufacturing team in Uphall, producing high-quality butter products.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate production machinery safely and efficiently.
  
  
• Prepare and handle ingredients.
  
  
• Carry out quality checks.
  
  
• Package and label finished products.
  
  
• Maintain high standards of hygiene and safety.
  
  
• Report equipment faults and production issues.
  
  
• Support the wider production team as required.
  
  

Requirements

• Previous production or manufacturing experience preferred.
  
  
• Food manufacturing experience is an advantage but not essential.
  
  
• Reliable, hardworking, and punctual.
  
  
• Good attention to detail.
  
  
• Comfortable working as part of a team.
  
  
• Willingness to learn.
