The opportunity to join an exciting Top 20 Practice, who is part of an international network, has arisen in the Guildford area. This role for a Private Client Tax Director gives the successful candidate the chance to work closely with the Tax Partner and manage a high calibre Private Client tax team.

As a Private Client Tax Director in this firm, the successful candidate will be expected to:

• Manage their own portfolio of varied clients
• Provide guidance, reviews, mentorship and leadership for their team
• Lead personal tax planning projects including inheritance tax, estate planning and trusts work
• Working closely with clients to develop the client base

The Practice is seeking a CTA qualified Tax Accountant with a strong Practice background. The successful candidate must also be able to confidently lead a team and understand the relationship between performance management and business results.
