Our client based in central Basingstoke is seeking an experienced Accounts Assistant to join their friendly finance team. This opportunity is offering a competitive salary, a great working environment and a dynamic and varied role.
Key responsibilities within this position will include:
- Processing supplier invoices and payments
- Processing customers invoices
- Bank reconciliations
- Processing employee expenses
- Petty cash reconciliations
- Chasing outstanding invoices
- Managing the petty cash and reconcile when necessary
- Processing payments accurately and on time
- Processing direct debits
The successful candidate will have previous experience in a similar position and will be able to demonstrate dealing with a variety of tasks. It is desirable for the candidate to be studying as well as having some payroll knowledge.
