As our client continues to increase its UK business, the need for a robust Senior Credit Controller / Collections Specialist (B2B) is required. In this diverse role, you will be responsible for resolving the most challenging disputes, liaising internally and externally with key clients to ensure the outstanding debt is recovered. In this standalone role, you will report directly to the Head of Collections, responsible for the following duties

• Manage a portfolio of live, current and overdue debit balance for business accounts
• Resolve complex collection issues and disputes in a timely manner
• Identify trends and suggest improvements
• Review process in order to look for improvement and cost cutting exercises
• Investigate actions to minimise risk of overdue debtor balance
• Build strong relationships with debtors and internal stakeholders
• Compile legal information for legal department
• Support with reporting
• Ad hoc duties as required

To be considered for the role of you must have the following:


• You will have previously worked in one of the following roles – Senior Collector, Senior Recoveries Clerk, Collections Supervisor, Senior Collections Advisor, Finance Supervisor, Credit Controller
• Understanding of end-to-end debt recovery and related functions and processes
• ICM qualified is desirable but not essential
