A manufacturing business based in Andover is in the process of recruiting an Accounts Assistant to join their small and friendly finance team to provide support across all finance functions including Purchase Ledger, Sales Ledger and Payroll.
Key responsibilities within this role will include:
• Matching purchase orders to invoices
• Resolving invoice queries
• Supplier statement reconciliations
• Preparing payment runs
• Preparing and processing weekly payroll
Previous experience in a finance environment would be desirable but isn't essential as full training can be provided. The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate strong communication skills, good organisational skills and attention to detail.
