Seeking an award winning Senior Site Manager for a prestigious development in Southampton. Working for an award winning and reputable developer overseeing a long term scheme over circa 5 years, delivering attractive detailed plots.

 
I am interested in hearing from experienced and proven senior site or project managers who have shown commitment and longevity throughout their careers. You will need to have a strong background in traditional build housing and be accustomed to running volume schemes

• Proven background delivering traditional build sites
• Volume background delivering 100 + unit sites
• Detailed and thorough approach
• Able to lead a team to success
• Driven by quality and not quantity
• Motivated in securing an award for the site!
• Strong programming and IT Skills
• Organised and self motivated

 

Competitive Salary of £65k - £70k DOE plus package
