Location: Bristol (Field-Based)
Salary: £25,895 per annum
Contract: Permanent
Hours: 37 hours per week (Full Time) – Part-time and Job Share options available
About the Role
We are looking for a practical, customer-focused Estate Officer to support the maintenance and upkeep of supported housing properties across Bristol.
This is a varied, hands-on role where you will help maintain properties and communal areas, ensuring they remain safe, clean, secure, and welcoming for residents.

Key Responsibilities
- Carry out minor maintenance and repair work.
- Clean and prepare vacant properties for new residents.
- Undertake basic decorating and gardening duties.
- Ensure communal areas and vacant properties remain secure.
- Report major repair issues and liaise with contractors when required.
- Manage cleaning supplies and maintain accurate records.
- Provide excellent customer service and build positive relationships with residents and colleagues.
You will have experience in one or more of the following areas:
- Cleaning
- Gardening
- Decorating
- Minor maintenance or repairs
- Strong customer service and communication skills.
- The ability to work independently and use your initiative.
- A positive attitude and pride in delivering high standards.
- Awareness of health and safety responsibilities.
- Good interpersonal skills and the ability to build effective working relationships.
- A full UK driving licence and access to a suitable vehicle.
- This role is subject to a satisfactory Enhanced DBS check.
- Applicants must have the right to work in the UK for the full duration of the role.
