Opportunity is around the corner as Pertemps are working in partnership with a well-established Logistics company based in IMMINGHAM, recruiting for a Transport Administrator on a temporary basis.

Working hours: Monday to Friday (40 hours)
Salary: £9.90 per hour

Responsibilities of a Transport Administrator:

Communicate plans to the operation teams
Ensuring all planning deliveries are correct
Creating and validating orders for the customer
Dealing with customer supplier queries
Reacting to Customer requirements
Ensuring drivers have the correct PPE and Uniforms
Ensuring Drivers, Vehicles and trailers meet legal and company requirements
Checking and maintaining records of drivers Licenses, ADR qualifications and Tachographs
Maintaining records and review documents submitted by the driver
Driver Debriefs

Requirements:

Background in Logistics would be desirable
Should have a positive attitude towards Safety and Quality
Possess good numeracy and literacy skills
Experience in the production process

This role would possibly suit an individual working in Transport, Logistics as a Transport Administrator, Transport Supervisor, Transport Planner or similar
