Job Title: Factory Machine Operative
Location: State-of-the-Art Factory near Carlisle
Salary: £35,000 per annum + Overtime

Responsibilities:
Operate and oversee cutting-edge machinery in our clients advanced manufacturing facility
Maintain high standards of cleanliness and safety in the factory
Follow production schedules and quality control measures
Collaborate with team members to optimize production processes
Embrace a proactive approach to continuous improvement
Requirements:
Availability to work both day and night shifts on a rotating pattern (4 days on, 3 days off, 4 nights on, 5 days off)
Own transportation is essential due to the location of the factory
Previous manufacturing experience is preferred but not essential as training will be provided
A positive attitude, strong work ethic, and a willingness to learn
Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and collaborative team environment
