Production Operatives – Penrith
Rotating 3-Shift Pattern | Approx. £30,600 per year + Overtime
Riverside Recruitment is looking for Production Operatives to join a busy and well-established manufacturing company based in Penrith.
We are looking for reliable and hardworking people who are able to work a rotating 3-shift pattern, covering mornings, afternoons and nights.
No previous production experience is required. If you have a good work ethic, a positive attitude and are willing to learn, full training will be provided.
Shift Pattern & PayYou will rotate across all three shifts:
6:00am – 2:00pm – £13.73 per hour
2:00pm – 10:00pm – £14.83 per hour
10:00pm – 6:00am – £15.59 per hour
Approximate annual basic salary: £30,600
Based on an average 40-hour working week across the rotating three-shift pattern.
Candidates must be able to work all three shifts as part of the rotation.
Please note, that due to restrictions on public transport, you will need your own transport to arrive at the stated shift start times, unless you live in Penrith.
There is also the opportunity to earn more through weekend overtime, with enhanced rates of up to double time.
