Job role: Office Administrator

Our growing client based in Fardon are currently recruiting for an reliable Office Administrator to undertake administrative tasks and ensuring the rest of the staff has adequate support to work efficiently.

The main job duties include:

1. Coordinate office activities and operations to secure efficiency.
2. Manage agendas/travel arrangements/appointments etc for the upper management team.
3. Manage phone calls and correspondence (e-mail, letters, packages etc).
4. Support any bookkeeping enquires where possible.
5. Create and update records and databases with personnel, financial and other data.
6. Track stocks of office and machine supplies and place orders when necessary.
7. Submit timely reports and prepare weekly reports to the MD.
8. Customer quotations and scheduling and ordering the necessary supplies to run the business.

Essential Requirements:

- Proven experience as an office administrator, office assistant or relevant role.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Excellent organizational and leadership skills.
- Familiarity with office management procedures and basic accounting principles.
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office and office management software knowledge of SAGE would be advantageous.
- Qualifications in secretarial studies will be an advantage.
