You have a fantastic opportunity to join a leading player within the construction industry, (all industry experience considered) as a Group Procurement Analyst and play a pivotal role in the success and evolution of the business by managing suppliers, regional buyers, and the group procurement function. You will be analysing all spend to ensure the best for the business. You will be based from their office in High Wycombe with occasional travel to supplier sites.
Desired skills and experience include:
-Advanced on Excel. Able to run complex spreadsheets
- Managing a tender process and tender analytics
- Managing and negotiating rebate deals
- Strong attention to detail
- Supplier management and setting up new suppliers
- Assessment of SLA's and KPI's
- Experience working in a procurement function with the desire to progress further
You will have a multi-faceted role which will include supplier 6 management to ensure SLA's and KPI's are met, managing tender processes, tender analysis, setting up new suppliers, managing the rebate process and following up with suppliers, plus meeting regularly with the supplier base to discuss requirements and ultimately negotiating favourable rates. You will also manage and influence regional buyers, supporting them with their category strategies and development. You will naturally also deal with the day to day requirements of raising invoices, dealing with specification queries and training regional teams on procurement policy.
In return as the Group Procurement Coordinator, you will receive a basic salary of £40,000 to £45,000 plus benefits which include £5,875 car allowance, company bonus (up to 22.5%), pension, 24 days annual leave (rising to 30), plus others.
